COD orders - Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for just ₹49. Please note that while COD orders follow our standard return policies, the ₹49 COD fee is non-refundable.

If any order has a shortage or mistake, we will refund the specific item or adjust it in your next order. However, the entire package may not be eligible for return due to a single item issue. Please double-check before placing multiple product purchases in a single order.

- Domestic Delivery: For Noida and nearby NCR, expect delivery within 1-3 business days. For the rest of India, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. In some cases, depending on the delivery service, expedited options may be available for faster shipping.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to most locations across India. Please note that remote areas may experience longer delivery times, and certain locations might not be eligible for delivery. We will refund in those cases.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/whatsapp. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website. 


4. Delivery Issues

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.


6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Once an order is dispatched from our store, it cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind. However, if you still wish to return the product, a refund will be initiated after the item is received back in its original condition. A flat return shipping fee of ₹120 — or the actual two-way shipping cost incurred, whichever is higher — will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
