Refunds and Returns
At GyftZee, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
- Refunds and returns are applicable only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please note that minor damage to the packaging is not considered a valid reason for a refund or return.
- To initiate a refund or return request, you must provide clear evidence that the product itself is defective.
2. Video Evidence Requirement:
- To claim a refund or return, you must create a detailed video recording of the entire unboxing process. This video should clearly show the following:
- The condition of the package upon receipt.
- The unsealing and opening of the package.
- The defective product, highlighting the specific issues.
- This video evidence is crucial for our review process. Without it, we will not be able to process your refund or return request.
3. Products Not Eligible for Refunds and Returns:
- Certain products are not eligible for refunds or returns. These products will be clearly marked as non-refundable and non-returnable in the product description or during the purchase process.
- Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase to ensure you are aware of the refund and return policy applicable to each item.
4. Complaint Submission:
- All refund and return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.

5. Review and Processing Time:
- Upon receiving your complaint and video evidence, our team will review the details to verify the defect.
- Please allow 10-15 working days for us to process your refund AND further 7-12 working days for return. We will notify you of the outcome via email or phone.
- A return fee of Flat Rs 50 may be charged (subject to the return condition of the article) upon review and article cost.
6. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. In case of any discrepancies, our customer service team will guide you through alternative options.
