GyftZee is based in Noida, India. Our retail showroom is open for local customers, and we also deliver PAN India through our online platform GyftZee.com, which will be launching soon!

4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer 1-2 day delivery for customers in Noida (sectors 1-80). For other locations, delivery typically takes 2-5 days, depending on your location.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website under 'My Orders'.
6. What delivery partners do you work with?
We partner with leading delivery professionals like Ecom Express, DTDC, Uncle Delivery, and Delhivery to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
Orders & Returns
7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, changes may not be possible as the order processing would have started.
8. What is your return policy?

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
